Enophile Ross-idi 2018

The 'Oenophile' is a beautifully textured red blend made from 50% Rubin grape (Nebbiolo and Syrah crossing) and 50% Syrah. Both varieties are fermented out separately and then aged for 6 months in second- and third-fill French oak barrique. Nice vivid ruby color.
