These juicy and tender drumsticks, coated with a flavorful marinade, will have everyone in the family asking for seconds.
Ingredients
Difficulty level: 1
- 1/3 Cup SDOW Garlic or Baklouti (for hot version) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons SDOW Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 Cup Soy or Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 10 Chicken Drumsticks
Directions
Whisk the first nine ingredients together in a bowl for marinade.
Place chicken in a Ziploc bag then pour marinade into the bag and make sure all chicken is coated.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours. (more time=more flavor)
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 425°, place foil on baking sheet and coat foil with cooking spray.
Place chicken on coated sheet in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes.
Turn chicken over, then bake additional 5-10 minutes until cooked through.
