Great Spring side dish, the fresh crisp lemony crunch will remind you of a day on the Sicilian coast.
Remove ends of asparagus and soak in a cup with lemon balsamic for at least 30 minutes. Remove and discard the balsamic and toss asparagus in basil EVOO to coat thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. They are done when lightly browned and tender. Finish with a drizzle of the Sicilian Lemon Balsamic. Serve hot or cold.
