Greenville, North Carolina became our home in 2007 when my husband and I relocated to raise our four boys in the tight-knit community. Over the last twelve years in Greenville, I’ve had many roles ranging from audiology clinical supervisor, to little league coach, school volunteer, and stay at home mom. Being a part of bettering the community has always been important to me; I’ve actively participated as a board member for local schools and volunteered with the service league. Before starting Simply Divine Oil and Wine, I had never imagined creating my own business. That all changed in 2014 when my husband Ron and I visited Italy for our 25th wedding anniversary, cycling the Tuscan countryside. While in Tuscany, we had the opportunity to visit an olive farm and try authentic, fresh crushed, extra virgin olive oil for the first time. The older gentleman who owned the farm and his family prepared us an amazing meal born of the fruits of their labor. Inspired by this trip, we set our focus on healthy eating and exercise. Discovering 692 Olive in the height of our passion for the finer things- olives oils, balsamic, and a perfectly paired bottle of wine- started what would become Simply Divine Oil and Wine. When Leah, the previous owner announced she would be relocating to Florida, I felt compelled to continue sharing high quality oils and balsamics with the community that we love being a part of. Now featuring our wine bar, we are proud to not only serve you the purest oils on the market, but to do so with a glass of Cabernet in-hand. This journey into a better lifestyle has been five years in the making for us, come in to Simply Divine Oil and Wine and let us initiate yours today!
Flavors of the Month
Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic
This delightful vinegar is spicy and warm, perfect drizzled over fresh fruit and exquisite as a dessert topping. Tasting Notes: It has the unique taste of d’anjou pear, and matches well with many of our sweeter, fruity oils for a delicious marinade or salad dressing
Blood Orange Agrumato
Made with fresh Blood Oranges and early harvest certified organic Tunisian olives, we crush the fresh produce together to make this beautiful agrumato – a combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with early harvest olives. Our Whole Fruit Blood Orange is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish, in deserts, baking, with seafood, chicken, pork, fruit, salads and so much more. Enjoy this blended with our Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar, grapefruit white balsamic or dark chocolate balsamic.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our oils are sourced from individual farms on a seasonal basis. Half of the year we have Northern Hemisphere crushes and the other half of the year we have Southern Hemisphere crushes. In the North we usually have oils from the U.S, Italy, Spain, France, Greece, and others. For S.A. we usually carry Australian, Chilean, and South African Oils.
Biophenols are the natural antioxidants found in Olive Oils. When we display the Biophenols count of our oils we are telling our customers how many of these antioxidants are present in the oil at the time of crush.
The best way to store your product is going to be at room temperature in a dark place, away from sunlight or heat.
Of course, we host all sorts of events. Give us a call and let us know when you want to come by.
Our oils are seasonal, which means we will only have access to a certain oil for half of the year. The oils also change from year to year depending on the olive crop from that year.
Each bottle is filled with a single oil or balsamic. The two cannot be in the same bottle as it will damage the oils.
Yes, you can. However, you will not be getting fresh, pure, first cold pressed olive oil. You will get a mixture of several different olive oils amalgamated together. Not only does this ruin the flavor of the oil, it also means a lower chemical standard for that oil. Our oil is chemically tested and approved as Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Instead of the regular “olive oil” you can purchase at the store our oils are single origin, with different varietals having different flavors and distinct aromas not found in store bought mixtures.
